About

An anthropologist who designs software

My training in anthropology taught me to study how people actually work, not how we assume they do. That curiosity shapes everything I design.

I start by understanding people: I interview users, observe how work really gets done, map the processes behind it and look for the moments where things break down. Then I turn what I learn into user flows, wireframes and interactive prototypes in Figma, and test them with the people who'll use them every day.

For more than five years I've worked on complex, workflow-heavy enterprise applications and eCommerce platforms. As a Certified Scrum Product Owner and Business Analyst, I also speak the language of developers and stakeholders, so research turns into requirements that hold up from the first sketch to release.
